We cannot accept order cancellations on any bespoke or custom made items past 24 hours after order placement.

For all other items that have not shipped, we will accept a cancellation and issue a full refund to your credit card account. To cancel, simply log on to your Account on our website, and cancel the order. You may also cancel via email by email us at [email protected]

You can return your jewellery, including earrings, free of charge, for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. We will fully refund the payment. 

After the 14 day period, if at any point of time you want to Exchange/ Return or Upgrade the product, it will be possible as per our Exchange/ Buy back policy.

We do not accept returns on any bespoke or custom made items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original and a copy of the Invoice. In case if a customer cannot produce the original certificate of the product, we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the Lab for recertification and the certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. During the quality check of the product upon return, any product which show signs of wear and tear, or have been resized, altered, damaged will not be accepted and our buyback policy will be applicable. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

You are also responsible for any customs or taxes that may result due to the returns.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
